Through extensive experience and unrelenting study, Adrienne has developed a unique approach to rehabilitation Pilates that is transforming lives. Combined with a passion for helping people recover from injury and pain, and an outstanding and fully-equipped studio, Adrienne has enabled many people to regain confidence and freedom of movement.

With her training from Polestar including courses in neurological disorders, hypermobility and fascia release, Adrienne’s extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and motor control enables her to re-educate clients in how to make movement functional once more.

Adrienne’s commitment to each client as an individual, with an individual story of mobility difficulties and pain, ensures a tailored and unique approach. Adrienne carries out informative and insightful assessments to provide a bedrock to mapping a route to wellness.

Her own history of extensive pain and major surgery underpins her understanding of facing a journey of rehabilitation and drives her desire to work with the mind and body connection in a truly holistic way.

West Sussex Pilates Studio

Adrienne works with clients in her beautiful private home studio in Lodsworth, West Sussex.

The welcoming space is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Adrienne is extensively trained to use all Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze/Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, and Spine Corrector. In addition, Adrienne’s technique is hands-on, encouraging, and inspiring.

Lodsworth Village sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty near the towns of Petworth, Haslemere, Petersfield, Pulborough, Guildford, and Chichester.
