Bentley Pilates and Wellbeing, Bepton, Midhurst, West Sussex is responsible for your data. I control the data that is collected from you, and as such the ways in which your personal information is collected and the purpose of its use.

Contact details (name, address, telephone, and email address), conditions related to your health and wellbeing as provided by you.
Stripe is used for payment purposes. You should consult this third party’s privacy notices for further information on their use of your personal data.
HOW I USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
I collect your personal data in order for me to provide my service to you maintaining your record on my booking systems, book your sessions, and communicate with you in order to send you information about your booking to fulfil all administration including accounting and billing.
MARKETING: HOW TO MANAGE THE MESSAGES WE SEND TO YOU
I do not provide your personal information to any other business for marketing purposes.
If you receive my updates or a newsletter, you control if you want to opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link.
HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA
I keep your account active whilst you are using our service. If you don’t log in to your account for more than three years, I will deem you as an inactive client.
HOW I PROTECT YOUR DATA
I protect your personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful use, accidental loss, corruption, or destruction.

My website and booking platform provider, Squarespace, my Livestream platform, Zoom, and marketing email platform, Squarespace operate in the US, meeting GDPR obligations and taking all reasonable steps to keep data safe.

We use several cookies on our website in order to allow you to log in, book classes, and for other purposes such as reporting and improving this website.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING
I do not use automated decision-making, so that is not something that my clients need to opt-out, out of or, in from.

Under the GDPR, you have several rights that you can exercise. The right of access (often called a ‘Subject Access Request’ (SAR)). The right to rectification (making sure your data is accurate).
