Yes, if you have had surgery, have any health concerns or injuries you will need your doctor’s approval to start exercise. Rehabilitation Pilates is extremely gentle, you’ll be in safe hands.

Of course, you have taken the first step, this is the most important one. By making contact, that’s fantastic in itself. Book in for a call with me and we can talk about your concerns.  Rest assured I will take every care that you will be safe and that you have a positive experience here in my private studio.

I am as stiff as a board, can hardly get moving in the morning and fear exercise.  Can you help me?

Yes, I most certainly can, gaining confidence to move pain-free can be life-changing and very rewarding.  Book in a call and we can discuss any concerns you may have.  This could be the start of a new beginning.

Is there a parking space and what is access like at the studio?

There is plenty of room to park just outside the studio. There is a very small step to access the front entrance.
