Whether you’re seeking injury rehabilitation, pain-free daily movement, or performance improvement, our studio sessions work on your individual health and fitness goals.
You’ll use the Pilates equipment while standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying to suit your individual needs. Every session will give you a holistic movement experience, improving mind-body connection, strength, mobility, and alignment.

Getting you started
Your first appointment - in person or virtual
At the first appointment, we’ll cover your health and medical history, assess your movement patterns, strength, mobility, posture and gait. We will also discuss goals and create a plan to get you moving pain-free as soon as possible.
At the end of your first appointment, you’ll experience some wonderful pain-free movement without fear, as we gently introduce you to the equipment.
You’ll feel the benefits in your mind and body from your very first Pilates session.
