Whether you’re seeking injury rehabilitation, pain-free daily movement, or performance improvement, our studio sessions work on your individual health and fitness goals.

You’ll use the Pilates equipment while standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying to suit your individual needs. Every session will give you a holistic movement experience, improving mind-body connection, strength, mobility, and alignment.

If you’re ready to move with me, I will help you find pain-free mobility, improve your athletic endurance and give you the freedom to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Getting you started

 

Your first appointment - in person or virtual

 

At the first appointment, we’ll cover your health and medical history, assess your movement patterns, strength, mobility, posture and gait. We will also discuss goals and create a plan to get you moving pain-free as soon as possible.

At the end of your first appointment, you’ll experience some wonderful pain-free movement without fear, as we gently introduce you to the equipment.

You’ll feel the benefits in your mind and body from your very first Pilates session.

Restorative / Beginners Pilates

This wonderful movement class is more of an experience, a flow class to clear the mind, and de-stress by moving with a deep mind-body connection and easy breath. Strengthening, mobilising, and realigning your body, this class will leave you calm and ready to tackle anything!
